Kicking off this list we have the Danger Close podcast brought to you by Jack Carr. This podcast can be found on iTunes and YouTube, and episodes are brought out weekly.
Danger Close actually began as a novel written by Jack about his time spent as a Navy SEAL.
He accumulated over 20 years of experience as a Team Leader, Platoon Commander, Troop Commander, Task Unit Commander, and sniper.
He was inspired by his time there and wanted to go beyond the books, so he created the Danger Close podcast.
In this podcast, Jack talks to fellow writers, real-life warriors and their survival stories, tactical experts, historians, politicians, hunters, entrepreneurs, newsmakers, and more about ways to survive and it gives viewers a peak behind the curtain of his Navy SEAL and survivalist life.

It takes the fiction novels that are a part of the “The Changing Earth” series and reads them chapter by chapter in each episode.
Though it is fictional, the story actually teaches you a lot about survival, and the host also brings in lots of survival instructors and professionals from all over the world to talk about concepts that were discussed in each of the chapters.
