He provides listeners with effective strategies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, forming habits and several others in order to help them manage these overwhelming feelings.

Hosted by Dr Laurie Santos, this podcast, named ‘The Happiness Lab’, is exactly that! It’s a space where listeners can tune in and get advice on some wonderful strategies for enhancing happiness and well-being.
