How To Record A Podcast Using Airpods
Firstly, you’re going to want to make sure that you have the Voice Memos app already downloaded onto your Apple device, which if you don’t, you can do so by navigating your way to the app store, searching “Voice Memos” into the search bar and downloading the one that is listed under “Utilities”.
Once this is downloaded, you’re then one step closer to being able to record your audio.
Once Voice Memos has been downloaded, recording your audio is super easy, all you need to do is locate the red circle, which can be found at the center of the bottom of your screen, and once you’re ready to begin, you can tap the red button in order to begin recording.
Now that the recording has been started, you can then begin to record all of the audio you need in order to complete your podcast episode, and once you’re ready to end your recording, all you have to do is re-press the red button for it to come to an end.
You will then be prompted to name and save your voice memo, so give it a clear title and click save to ensure that your podcast episode is saved.
If you need to trim the length of your voice memo, you can do so by clicking on the recording in the Voice Memos app and then selecting the “Edit” option.
If you want to move your recording to a proper editing application on your computer, you can do this by sending yourself an email with the audio recording attached.
To do this, click on the audio recording you want to send, click the “Share” option, and then the “Mail” option, you will then be prompted to add an email address to send it to, so enter your own email address, and then open it on your computer, where you will be able to save the audio recording and edit it using your desired program.
